"Radio Caroline/Rainbow International" started today with any new programmes against Russian agression at The Ukraine and for peace at such area.
Those transmissions will go on the next days on 48mtrs.
Since sunday for such purpose they are using any new transmitter, which is located near Poznan in Poland.
It has any power of 150watts.
